Your donations allow us to help so many adult learners and their families. Thank you.
Without you, Macomb Literacy Partners would not be able to continue to offer its services to so many adult learners in Macomb County. Your donations allow us to help a grandmother be able to read stories to her grandchildren; to help an out-of-work dad be able to fill out a job application; and to help those who want to improve their lives.
Half of our budget depends on donations from so many wonderful people, businesses and organizations. Your donations pay for training and support for tutors to equip them with the knowledge and tools they need to help an adult learner; for educational materials for students and tutors; and for finance staffing expenses.
If you’d like to donate but aren’t quite sure how, there are several ways you can do so.
One way you can make a contribution to Macomb Literacy Partners is to use a credit or debit card online here through the secure website at Network for Good. You can choose to make a one-time donation, or even schedule a repeat donation.
DONATE BY MAIL or IN PERSON
If you’d rather use a check to make a donation, you can stop on in or mail one to us at:

JOIN PROJECT 250
Project 250 members are donors who pledge to give $250 or more annually to sustain MLP. Donations pay for educational materials for students and tutors, support tutor trainers, and finance staffing expenses. To become a Project 250 member, please contact us.
LEGACY FOR LITERACY
Legacy for Literacy is our planned giving program. We have been told that individuals often want to give donations to MLP, but aren’t sure that they can afford it while they are living. So, some people choose to leave a gift for MLP when they pass on. To date, the Legacy for Literacy program has accumulated over one-hundred thousand dollars for MLP.
If you are interested in our Legacy for Literacy program, please contact us.
