QQ Reports

MLP asks its tutors to submit regular Quarterly Questionnaires (QQs), which is available below.

The hours and achievements reported in QQs are important for many reasons.  First, reporting information in QQs is official documentation of the time tutors and students spend together.  Second, the information we get from QQs tells us what students are learning and how their educational needs are being addressed.  Third, information goes to the State of Michigan and helps us sustain grant funding.  Without such funding, we wouldn’t be able to provide the scope of literacy services we currently do.
